By accessing and using eInvoiceHub ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

eInvoiceHub provides an online invoicing platform for Malaysian businesses, including invoice creation, customer management, payment tracking, and e-invoice generation compliant with LHDN (Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri) requirements.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or have legal authority to enter into contracts
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

4. Subscription and Payments

eInvoiceHub offers various subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan:

• You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan
• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Ensure all information entered is accurate and up-to-date
• Comply with all applicable Malaysian laws, including tax regulations
• Not use the Service to generate fraudulent or misleading invoices
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

6. e-Invoice Compliance

While we strive to ensure our e-invoice generation complies with LHDN requirements, you are ultimately responsible for the accuracy of your invoices and compliance with Malaysian tax laws. We recommend consulting with a tax professional for specific compliance advice.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by eInvoiceHub and is protected by Malaysian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, eInvoiceHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
